1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all services provided by VogueInFocus Magazine, including but not limited to advertisements, subscriptions, and content distribution.
1.2 VogueInFocus Magazine reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2.1 All payments made to VogueInFocus Magazine are non-refundable. This includes payments for advertisements, subscriptions, print orders, and any other services provided by the magazine.
2.2 Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
* If VogueInFocus fails to deliver the magazine(s) ordered under a Print Pay Policy.
* If VogueInFocus fails to provide the deliverables as per the agreed-upon terms in the contract.
2.3 No refunds will be issued due to personal circumstances or tragedies on the client’s side, including but not limited to:
*Cancellation due to unforeseen personal events.
* Changes in business or marketing strategy.
* Any other personal or professional issues unrelated to the fulfillment of our services.
3.1 All content submitted for publication, including advertisements, must comply with VogueInFocus Magazine’s content guidelines.
3.2 VogueInFocus reserves the right to reject any content that does not meet our editorial standards.
3.3 Once an advertisement or content is approved and scheduled for publication, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
4.1 For all print orders under the Print Pay Policy, VogueInFocus Magazine will take reasonable measures to ensure timely delivery.
4.2 In the rare event that we fail to deliver the print magazine as per the order, a full refund will be issued.
4.3 VogueInFocus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
4.4 If you would like to receive a hard copy of the magazine, each print copy is available at a cost of $32 (USD) per copy, which covers production and shipping.
5.1 VogueInFocus Magazine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
5.2 Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
